Just refinanced with Quantum Finance and they were excellent. Gavin and Max handled my refinance and it was the easiest and least stressful experience I have ever had with a refinance. Not only did they get me a better rate than other brokers, but it was quick, there was great communication and really felt like they were after what was best for me. Gavin and the people at Quantum Finance are amazing. They were able to help my partner and I buy our first home as young casuals. This was a lifesaver for us because other brokers insisted that we couldn't get a loan being so young and not working full-time, but Gavin was able to work magic, and score us a loan with a big bank at a low interest rate. We are so happy that while interest rates have fiercely risen, we didn't over extend ourselves financially and are much happier to be paying off a mortgage than struggling in the awful rental crisis plaguing Australia at the moment. We feel lucky to have this stability so young in our lives. Thank you Gavin and Quantum Finance for being so professional, timely, reliable and friendly (especially with handling us first home-owner newbies). Some of the best things about Gavin at Quantum Finance was that we always felt like we had choices (whereas a previous broker I went through felt like an agent for Bankwest) and was always very easy to reach. Would definitely recommend!

Harrigan is a do'er! There is no piffle paffle. He works to get the job done. Ive completed 4 deals so far. All smooth kicks straight over the goal post and into the stands. The Man's very talented at what he does. He also puts up with my impossible requests,and comes through every time. Most notably is that, in spite of the time difference between Perth and here , he takes my calls at all odd hours of the day, even on weekends and does it with humour. Try a Melbourne finance broker on the weekend and you are more likely to find him in a pub, than anywhere near his phone.

Would highly recommend Gavin @ Quantum Finance.He’s not salesman but a finance broker. By that I mean he leaves the BS at the door and just gets the job done. He doesn’t wast your time just says how it is and gets the best deal he can.Would highly recommend to any friends or family who require the services of a finance broker.He managed a very quick turn around time from application to unconditional approval in under 7 days from memory and was honestly fantastic to deal with.Great guy.

I used Quantum Finance Australia Pty Ltd to do all the leg work for an investment property. Gavin was quite helpful and his nature of doing business was black and white. Gavin presented more finance options than his major competitors combined, and as a result I am very comfortable with my choice of finance. Gavin gladly accommodated the repeated changes I made throughout the process and I could trust him to liaise directly with my guarantors and legal consultants.
As a result I have obtained a second pre-approval through Quantum.
We have just refinanced both our home and our first investment property through Quantum Finance, the service and Gavin’s ability to make the process easy was second to none. No need to make contact, when we are ready to go again, you will be the first to know. You’re great!
