Eda Jean Pasturan - Mortgage Broking Assistant

Eda works as a Mortgage Broking Assistant at Quantum Finance Australia. She has a keen interest in the field of finance & business and studied Management Accounting and decided to proceed with Accountancy. This also involved studying finance-related units including Financial Management & Special Topics in Finance.

Eda has a keen eye for understanding all types of business models and has an organised approach to handling documents and files. Given her background, Eda can understand and adapt to a clients financial position. She studies each individual’s resources, debts and economic position always. She also has a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking after a lot of hard work and dedication and now has a solid foundation about how the mortgage broking industry works in Australia.

As a Mortgage Broking Assistant of Quantum Finance Australia, she is responsible for the Fact Find Data Entry in Podium, keeping a file of the client’s details from their personal information, assets, liabilities, expenses and existing loans and making sure that the information provided are relevant, accurate and up to date by analysing and cross-checking it with the supporting documents. Once documentation is correct Eda will also assist with the application process.

She enjoys working as a Mortgage Broking Assistant in Quantum Finance and hopes to work with the team for many years to come learning and growing throughout that time.
