Finance calculators
Home loan and stamp duty calculators for WATwenty-one working tools, built to answer the questions people actually ring us about. No sign-up, no email wall, and no figure that we have not shown you the working for.
The stamp duty calculator runs the published RevenueWA scale rather than an approximation, and the date it was last checked is printed on the tool. The borrowing power calculator shows every lever a lender pulls, including the buffer, so you can see which input is holding your number down.
Where a number cannot be sourced honestly, we say so instead of estimating it. The LMI calculator will not print a premium, because insurers set those per lender and per band and no universal table exists, it tells you which side of 80% you are on and what it takes to move.
They are estimates, not approvals. When you want a real number, ring us on 1300 813 113 and we will work it out against actual lender policy.

How our calculators work
What a calculator can and cannot tell youA calculator runs the arithmetic. It cannot read your payslips, your credit file or the lender’s policy manual, and those are what decide whether a loan is actually approved and at what size.
The same file put to two lenders regularly comes back more than $150,000 apart on maximum loan. Nothing about the borrower changed. What changed is how each one counts overtime, rental income, card limits and HECS.
That gap is the whole reason to have someone compare 40+ lenders instead of asking one. Use the tools to get your bearings, then let us put real policy against your real numbers.
The information on this page is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Any figures shown are estimates only. Lending is subject to approval, and to the lender's terms, conditions, fees and charges. Consider whether the information is appropriate for you before acting on it.
