Should you have a complaint we will do the best to resolve it via our internal dispute resolution process.

If we cannot resolve it with you, you can take the matter to our external dispute resolution scheme, which is independent of us and free for you to use.

Both routes are set out below, with the contact details for each.

Internal dispute resolution (IDR)

Should you have a complaint we will do the best to resolve it via our internal dispute resolution process. Complaints can be made by contacting our Complaints Contact person, Gavin Harrigan.

External dispute resolution (EDR)

Quantum Finance Australia is a member of an independent external dispute resolution scheme, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), member number 42334.

Pre-launch review notes

Points the licensee needs to confirm

This page reproduces the current Quantum Finance Australia document without alteration. Where the source is silent or inconsistent, it is recorded here rather than filled in, and these notes are removed once each point is confirmed in writing.

  • The source page carries no revision date, so the review date shown on this page is the date the content was transcribed rather than a date set by the licensee.

  • The source page states "ABN 70 030 530", which is not a valid eleven digit ABN and does not match the verified ABN for the entity. The verified licence line is shown at the foot of this page instead, and the discrepancy needs correcting at the source.

  • The complaints contact telephone number and address have been updated to the current West Leederville office and business line, on the operator's instruction of 14 August 2026. The source page still shows a Shenton Park office and an 08 9227 0906 landline; that page is the one now out of date, and it should be corrected at the source so the two agree.

  • The source page states no timeframe for acknowledging or resolving a complaint. Nothing has been drafted to fill that gap, and the licensee should confirm the timeframes it is required to publish.

  • The source page does not state that AFCA has time limits for lodging a complaint, or that the internal process should be used first.
