Client reviews and testimonials
Quantum Finance Australia publishes the reviews clients wrote on Google, unedited, rather than testimonials written in-house.
This page is for anyone weighing up whether to hand a stranger their pay slips and their bank statements. That is a fair thing to be careful about, and a review somebody else can verify is worth more than a paragraph we typed.
Underneath the reviews sit the awards, the credit licence and the complaints scheme membership. Every one of them is checkable on a register we do not control.
Reviews from our clients
Written by clients, on Google, uneditedThese are pulled live from the platform they were left on. We cannot edit them, reorder them or take one down, which is exactly why they are worth reading.
Why there are no written testimonials
We will not write praise and sign a client's name to itPlenty of broker sites carry a row of glowing paragraphs attributed to “Sarah, Scarborough”. Some of those are real. A great many were written by whoever built the site, and there is no way for you to tell which is which.
Presenting a review as a customer’s when it is not one is misleading conduct under the Australian Consumer Law. It is also the sort of thing that, once you know a business does it, makes you wonder what else they round up. We are not interested in finding out where that line sits.
So the only reviews on this page are the ones clients wrote themselves, rendered from the platform they wrote them on. If that is a shorter list than a competitor’s, it is a shorter list you can verify.
What you will never see on this site
- A quote from a client who did not write it
- A star rating or a review count we cannot show the source of
- A stock photograph presented as a client
- A rate, a saving or a turnaround time with no source and no date
- An award we were not actually given
If you have dealt with us and want to leave a review, leave it on Google where it belongs to you rather than to us.

Three numbers, three public registersNone of these sit on a page we control. Look them up and you are reading a regulator's record rather than our marketing.

- 389083Held by the business in its own right. It carries responsible lending obligations owed to you, and it is searchable on ASIC's own registers.

- 63 115 967 818The registered entity behind the trading name, searchable on the Australian Business Register at abr.business.gov.au.
- Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) member
- 42334Membership of a free, independent complaints scheme is a condition of the credit licence. If we cannot resolve something with you, www.afca.org.au can.
The complaints process, both the internal one and the external one, is set out in full on the dispute resolution page. It is published because a licensee has to publish it, and it is worth reading before you need it.
